Tobi is a kind, hardworking and patient man. He lives an anxious and nervous life due to terminal illness and allergies. At first meeting he's not the easiest to get a read on, typically distancing himself from strangers, but with persistence and patience he can be a strong asset to any research team. He can often be found wandering the woods or in his basement when he's not working at the pharmacy

■ Background:
Tobi was a bright young student at a small university in northern coastal Washington. The year is 1952. His future was looking promising when he went on a class trip to a dig-site to study, being near the top of his class meant he was allowed to participate in the actual dig. They were making incredible advances in medicine and in historical study of the original nations of the united states. At first glance he found what appeared to be an ancient tome, thought to contain ritual information on spiritual healing. He was given the task of studying it, but the more time he spent focusing on it, the more withdrawn he seemed to become. This continued and his condition seemed to deteriorate until both he and the book disappeared one evening. The school assumed he ran with the ancient book and proceeded to search for him.

However, he wasn't seen at that school ever again. Rumors have it that the janitor saw a monster in the boiler room the same night they disappeared, blood and gore spilled in some evil spirited ritual.

After many years of hiding and personal study, he returned to the public eye, moving to Indieville in hopes of starting fresh.
